Barre combines Strength training, Pilates-inspired movements, ballet-inspired positioning, core work, and balance and flexibility training.

Expect low-impact, high-burn movements that strengthen and tone the entire body.

Our classes are designed for all fitness levels — from complete beginners to experienced clients. Instructors offer modifications and progressions so everyone feels successful and challenged.

Leggings or long fitness pants and grip socks are required. This is for safety and stability during class.

We provide all necessary equipment for your class. Dry and cold towels are available.

For your first class, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early so we can give you a quick studio tour, introduce the equipment, and help you get settled comfortably.

Returning clients should arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins.

Clients may cancel class up to 4 hours before class start time to avoid a late cancellation fee. No-shows and late cancellations will result in a fee or class deduction depending on membership type.

We allow only a five-minute grace period after class begins. We cannot allow arrival more than five minutes after the start of class. This ensures the safety of our members and limits class disruption.
